Didn't last 4 weeks
BoostCharge 3 in 1 15w didn't last 4 weeks before it stopped working. Belkin support & replacement process is far too complicated in this day & age so I just returned to Amazon in 2 minutes! (take not Belkin.
I will not purchase another one from Belkin.

Don’t trust them
Made use of the screen protector warranty replacement after a screen protector came off in the edges of my apple iPhone. Absolutely disaster from Belkin. Automated circular nonsense. A month later and the replacement hasn’t arrived and they keep sending useless irrelevant emails. I’ll always buy an alternative to Belkin. Poor products and awful customer service if at all. Do not trust anything they say; their warranty is useless.

Poor service / Noisy Belkin wireless charging…
I ordered a Belkin wireless charging dock WIZ001MYWH. It’s £90 and is really cheap hard plastic.
It also makes a hight pitch wine and clicking sound when in use.
It took me over an hour of struggling with the chat / phone numbers, to eventually get into a battle with a operator who was doing the absolute minimum to help and was passive aggressive in manner.
It’s all a massive disaster and in the end I was apologising, to try to get them to do ANYTHING during a 20min phone call.
Best to never deal with them I guess.
Lucky I paid by credit card!

Awful Customer Service
I ordered the 2 in 1 charger from Belkin on November 30, 2022. My package was supposedly delivered through UPS on December 3, 2022 however I never got it because it was stolen. I contacted my property management, filed a police report, contacted UPS and informed Belkin. Belkin was so difficult to get ahold of. It took me 3 weeks to finally get a replacement issued. However, when my replacement was shipped, UPS couldn’t deliver it because Belkin had not put my apartment number on the delivery address. Belkin also put a restriction on the package. Therefore only Belkin can make changes to the delivery address / delivery method. I contacted Belkin asking them to just update my delivery address (literally just add my apartment number) so that I can finally receive my item that I purchased almost a month and a half ago. Belkin replied to me today, January 5, 2023, saying that I requested a replacement for my item that is defective and they said they would send me a replacement item in 7-10 days. I never said my item was defective. I never received my item in the first place!! At this point it would’ve been easier to just receive a refund for my item. I will never buy another item from Belkin. If I want to buy a Belkin brand item, I will just go through Walmart, Amazon, Target, etc. Those companies have way better customer service.

Crap service and not doing things as promised
Product not working. Several times promised (phone, chat, e-mail) to respond within a week but failed nearly every time. In the end they promised to make a payback but after sending the invoice there was never a payment. Belkin doesn't respond anymore. Totally not trustworthy.

Belkin light plug quit working
Belkin light plug quit working, told to remove app and re install which I did. Went to the pictures of all the plugs, mine not there but it was for the past year working. Told to call a different number, After what seemed like a eternity I left my phone number, Called me back later I answered and after 13 minutes of nobody at belkin on the line, I hung up. Tried later and same thing. Why call people back if you are going to make them wait. Apparently my plug is ok but its the software. After they called me back the last time I waited 27 minutes but nobody at Belkin was on the line SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT

try to register screen protector on Belkin site as given by apple. they make it impossible to register - seemingly only accepting a US style phone number and minuscule information on packaging with serial numbers - this is a scam, they have no intention of allowing you to register for a replacement

If I could give no stars I would. Do not buy Belkin products. I paid $50 for a screen protector which has a 2 years replacement warranty. After the protector cracked I contacted Belkin via email. After chasing them for a month they sent an email telling me they will send a new protector. It has now been 4 months and numerous emails to their support email address and I haven’t heard anything back nor have I received the replacement protector.

phone first before ordering , if no uk contact do not order
ordered hdmi cables that were to slow 10 gbps instead of 18 gbps , rang belkin uk phone number , all working at home apparently , rang after sales no answer ,phone not working at times , connected to uk chatline [ not ]
chatline was usa . usa said the order had not shipped and would expidite cancelation , two days later order arrived by courier ,refused delivery and sent back , three days later i received a email saying order was on its way , it seems when order was cancelled they could not get order out quick enough ,rang in total almost 40 times . reason for poor service was uk service does not exist , calls go to Philippines , in future any company i cannot contact on phone , no order , still waiting for refund .
website misleading regarding uk phone numbers ,
hdmi leads , i wouldn’t order a dogs lead from them

I should have read trustpilot before buying a Belkin product
I should have read trustpilot before ordering. My Belkin Thunderbolt 3 dock has been working really poorly since the start on different laptops. I then created a support case, they concluded it was defective and I had to get a replacement. However they couldn't deliver the same model, they won't refund my money, they can't get me the same product and they won't let me add the money for the price difference to upgrade to a better product. I have to buy for that exact amount in their store, which basically means I have to buy some random Belkin product I don't want or need. When I write back and try to challenge this they ignore my mails (3 mails so far). I will never buy a Belkin product again and neither should you. Support case: 15132703.

Screens are rubbish
Screens are rubbish. My new iphone 13 bought at christmas is now on it's 4th protector. One month and they start to lift at the corner.

Apple are not much better, less than a month and the screen they sold me and put on lifted. Had a stand up row with the manager in Orlando. Got a new screen but couldnt believe such bad service.

Proper amateurs
Proper amateurs, so may emails, always the same response, did one claim for a new screen protector and ended up with 3 different claim numbers, so every time I chased they didn't have a clue what was going on. They offer lifetime warranty on screen protectors but they really are not that good, and then haven't got a clue when you claim for a new one.

Paid £100 for a wireless charger
Paid £100 for a wireless charger, charger started making whistling noise and progressively got louder after every use.

Noise so bad I couldn’t sleep in the same room as it. Little did I know it was also ruining my apple iPhone 12 Pro Max battery, it will not hold the battery long. And same for my AirPods and Apple Watch.

Raised this with them over a month ago and was promised a refund. Nothing has materialised and I have contacted them 10 times since this to chase.

Will be taking legal action to recoup costs of damaged items

Worst customer service ever experienced
I’d give 0 stars. Need to return an item, item does not appear in my account so can’t do it automatically. Links to return pages don’t work, live chat uk doesn’t work. Phone number didn’t work 3 out for 4 times, then an hour wait and no answer. Managed to get US live chat who couldn’t deal with my query but would pass on my info. Got one email a few weeks back, they have not responded to that despite 3 chases. Literally worthless.
